I finished my Masters Thesis draft last night. It’s still pretty rough and will be beat into shape this week. I had to get it out the door for my committee to read over before next Monday’s defense.

Man, how did you do that? How many chapters was it?
I am a Masters student at OU in Norman, OK and I am am trying to finish a Masters in Mechanical Engineering by May or July. I have a 30pg report, single spaced (ie unformatted) which is the first chapter I think. And I am still gathering data.
From start to finish, how much time did you take to write your first draft? 1wk?

I had about eight chapters although my chapters aren’t exactly standard. It took me about eight weeks of writing to get it to the final draft stage plus about four or five months of research.
