The Monterey Bay was especially smooth this morning and dawn was gorgeous down by the water in Monterey Harbor.

Beautiful Forked Meadow day complete with butterflies
From sunrise to sunset, today was really pretty. I found a couple of big bear tracks in the dust and a butterfly on the flowers out front.
Dawn run to seal beach
It was a great morning for a run along the coastal trail out to the harbor seal beach in Pacific Grove. There were plenty of seals hanging out on the beach to greet the morning.
