We decided to try and plant a garden this year in the greenhouse at our new rental house. We’re giving peppers, tomatoes, and lettuce a try. With all the cool summer weather, I suspect we might not get that many things to actually grow.
We drove down from Monterey to meet our friends Michelle and Steve who had moved recently to the greater Los Angeles area for a lovely wine tasting weekend. The town of Solvang is a sleepy place with a lot going on.
After many years, we finally decided to get married. On a nice Friday afternoon at the end of April, we finally did it. Friends and family from across the country came to Monterey to be with us for several days of merriment and celebration.
