On our way east toward Denver we took I-70.
The continental divide loomed large in front of us. Luckily, a tunnel had been bored through the very heart of the mountains for the freeway.
The Eisenhower-Johnson Memorial Tunnel was dead ahead.
As you can see in the video, it took a rather long time to go all the way through the tunnel!
