Cape Blanco

Cape Blanco is the westernmost point in Oregon.  It sticks far out into the ocean and is constantly buffeted by ferocious wind.  A Coast Guard lighthouse sits at lands end shining a beacon into the night for mariners at sea.

The wind was so bad that Heather and her parents didn’t venture far from the car park.
